In addition to vitamins and antioxidants, olive oil is one of the only plant-based sources of hydrating squalene. Squalene is produced by our own skin cells and is used to keep our skin and tissues lubricated, but that production significantly drops after our 20s, so moisturizing our face becomes essential to minimize lines and reduce the crepey appearance. Shea butter is reparative, anti-inflammatory, and skin-softening, making it a perfect face moisturizer. Not only does it not clog pores, it can also help unclog pores and clear blemishes!

HOW TO ENJOY

The absolute tiniest amount is needed for maximum effectiveness. Grab a small dab on the pad of one ring finger + pat the two ring fingers together to evenly distribute cream between them. With the same ring fingers [you use the least amount of pressure with these fingers], pat around the orbital bone + gently massage in. Extend any excess to the rest of the face [again, patting, then massaging]. Apply a.m. + p.m.
